- Eggs – 1
- Panko breadcrumbs – 1 cup (108 g)
- Paprika – 1 Tablespoons of (7 g)
- Salt – 1/2 teaspoon (3 g)
- Pepper – 1/4 teaspoon (1 g)
- Chicken breasts – Slice into strips. Season with a few pepper and salt and tenderize having a fork. (Can be achieved as much as one day ahead)
- Prep breading stations – In a single bowl or container, whisk eggs with a few pepper and salt. Combine panko, paprika, salt, and pepper inside a container having a lid or Ziploc bag.
- Heat oven to 375F / 190C levels.
