Bay scallops are thrown in butter and coated inside a lemon and garlic clove panko topping then baked until golden and bubbly.

The concept is straightforward – bay scallops are thrown inside a little melted butter and fresh lemon juice then baked having a crispy panko and parmesan topping. Should you can’t find bay scallops you should use shrimp, ocean scallops or just use a bit of fresh white-colored fish.

If you’re getting company over, these may be prepped in advance and just thrown within the oven as the visitors arrive. Seems like it’s time for you to crack open the bubbly.
