  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 (16 ounce) package smoked kielbasa sausage, diced
  • 6 medium red taters, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

  1. Heat the oil inside a saucepan over medium heat. Place kielbasa and taters within the saucepan. Cover, and prepare 25 minutes, stirring from time to time, until taters are tender.
  2. Mix red bell pepper and yellow bell pepper in to the saucepan, and continue cooking a few minutes, until peppers are simply tender.
