Simple as 1-2-3
2 pounds beef steak, thinly sliced
cup essential olive oil
two tablespoons minced garlic clove
dash dried oregano leaves
2 large white-colored onions, sliced in rings
cup distilled white-colored vinegar
1 cups water
1 teaspoon. salt
1. Dump all ingredients inside a gallon-size plastic bag and switch to ensure that all of the ingredients mix together. Refrigerate a minimum of 4 hrs or a few days (or freeze for later).
2. Dump items in bag inside a heavy skillet and produce it to some boil. Prepare over low heat, covered, for around 40 minutes approximately. The meat can be really tender and attractive.
